1. The accommodation was excellent - They were identical to the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando, that we had moved from.

2. In the 3 times we've stayed here, I've never had an issue, the first time was when a huge Hurricane was coming through Florida, and a tree fell through one of the windows right near our room, and even throughout that the staff were excellent.
