1. In the 3 times we've stayed here, I've never had an issue, the first time was when a huge Hurricane was coming through Florida, and a tree fell through one of the windows right near our room, and even throughout that the staff were excellent.

3. There is 4 very deep drawers, we got so many clothes into these drawers, it was good thinking for whoever chose these for the rooms, the wardrobe was huge too, plenty of space, just enough hangers and loads of space on the bottom for us to put our suitcases.
