1. The staff are friendly, hotel was clean and the food was brilliant.

Our housekeeper was brilliant, everyday she changed our pillowcases, I think she even changed the sheets too, she left plenty of towels and the room would be spotless on our return, we knew her days off as the room wasn't up to the same standard when the weekend staff did them, however it was still a good job done.

3. Overall we were extremely happy with this hotel, The blackout curtains are amazing, you wouldn't know the time of day, The free Wi-Fi was brilliant in the rooms too.

4. My children loved the ducks on the grounds and the squirrels, we were in the 1,000's (2 storey building) on the bottom floor and the ducks would walk right up to us, it was brilliant.
