2. All in all the hotel was good, the reception staff didn't have the best communication skills, however the women in the onsite shop were fantastic, they even gave us advice on where to go when one of the children fell ill.

4. There were laundry facilities on site which were fantastic and we were able to do all our washing which was a blessing when we got home.

5. I would definitely return there, the location is fantastic right in the middle of International drive, with McDonald's on the doorstep, it's surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops and smaller attractions and it is a lovely complex with everything you need.

7. All the parks are fantastic and I think Busch Gardens and discovery cove were the highlights of our trip.

9. (we used Roberts Transport he parks outside the hotel, very friendly and helpful) Overall had a fantastic holiday, Universal was our favourite park and Discovery Cove was amazing definately worth the money.
