1. Location is perfect- quiet street, but just a few minutes walk from anything in the French quarter.

2. I would also point out that if you want a quiet room while still staying in the French Quarter, Maison DuPuy is a good choice, particularly if you ask for an inside-facing room (the inner courtyard is also pretty to look at, particularly at night.
