7. I would still recommend this hotel to a friend if the price was acceptable and you could guarantee a room like the one we were given in the end just because the communal areas are so nice and the location is perfect.

8. We had endless rain during our stay and the carpet in the bedroom was soaking wet as it was coming through the balcony doors - perhaps we should have accepted the room without a balcony.
