1. Maybe this property is just a little too close to Bourbon Street for a truly exceptional experience? Whatever the reason, it is just no up to the standards one would expect from a top tier hotel.

3. I had a hard time believing that this was true, being a loyal patron of the Ritz Carlton brand (especially this particular hotel), but there is simply no other reasonable explanation.
