1. (Last I heard it was considered the best hotel spa in the US)I guess what I love most about the New Orleans Ritz is how everyone is treated and the spirit of New Orleans is alive in well in the hotel.

3. I told him how much I loved the wonderful soap they used to have in all the bathrooms, and are now reserved for guests on the Club Level, but 'are available upon request' Within an hour he brought me the beloved soap, plus shampoo and conditioner.

5. Not only do we know and love jazz fest, because of my dust mite allergies, I have to stay in a new or renovated (and I mean really renovated) hotel, with carpet no more than two years old.
