2. (Last I heard it was considered the best hotel spa in the US)I guess what I love most about the New Orleans Ritz is how everyone is treated and the spirit of New Orleans is alive in well in the hotel.

7. Custom service here for large meeting is poor as best, flexibility in contracts even in small request is nonexistent, Save your stress and your money and check out one of the boutique hotels that value customer service and loyalty.
