1. She did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable, that we liked the room and when we had to move, she went out of her way to make sure no one, including us, was inconvenienced.

6. Not only is the hotel located within walking district of many of the well-known restaurants and bars you're likely to visit, the staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly without overdoing it.
