1. We had no complaints and would definitely come back, especially with their reasonable rates.

2. I cant speak about the regular rooms, but we upgraded to a Junior suite, it was $134 per night which is very reasonable as regular rooms at other hotels close by were close to $200.

I am a smoker and I think it would be nice to have a more convenient smoking area for those on the 5th floor rather than going all the way back down to the lobby to either smoke outside the front door or in their courtyard -- if for no other reason than safety, assuring every customer has convenience, and more courteous to the other guests.
