1. Also it seems as though the usual TLC which we have noticed in the past has been lessoned but these items should not diminish the many positives which the hotel has to offer.

4. What else can one expect when other people on other floors are requesting the lift?Would use this hotel again if/when we go back, it's perfectly positioned to easily reach all the area's (it's just around the corner from Bourbon etc).
