9. We still think that the pool area is to small and the service there is a little bit slow, but the beach area is really nice, the spa was wonderful, the bar is ok but it's more a business hotel than a beach hotel so you have to expect things like this.

10. We checked in at the Mandarin Oriental in Miami on October 21st we were kindly picked up with a limousine service at the Airport and greeted at the hotel lobby, the front desk assistant was extremely kind and gave us a beautiful room on the 8th floor overlooking the wonderful Brickell bay.
