1. It is kept immaculate and the building is ideally situated on Brickell Key, surrounded by spectacular views of Biscayne Bay and downtown.

3. A sauna, spa room with jacuzzi halogen lights overlooking the spectacular view, 3 bathrooms, hugh kitchen & master with a super duper comfy bed, separate dining room n living room all surround sounded thru out.

8. We left the Mandarin and moved down the street to the Four Seasons, which was spectacular from a service perspective and even repeatedly apologized for our experience at the Mandarin.
