1. I then contacted the front desk and was given an apology with a promise to have housekeeping bring fresh towels and service the roomAnother no show.

9. The breakfasts were reasonable,but I prefer freshly cooked eggs and there was no one preparing these on the buffet, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level, as was the poor seating arrangement inside the restaurant, it was quite chilly and there was little space available inside.

10. And the food in the restaurant downstairs by the bay is delicious with sparkling fresh sushi, ceviche, lettuce wraps, sashimi and great drinks.
