1. The quiet and secluded beach (well, manmade sandy area) was perfect for relaxing, especially in those comfy lounge-chairs, and we used the hotel's location to our advantage, exploring Little Havana, Marlins Ballpark, Bayside, Brickell Key, Mary Brickell Village.

But the shower is poor (I like strong water shower), the amenities are 3-star quality, the TV had some channels that simply had bad tune (and the hotel is unable to solve it), the air conditioner was impossible to set the perfect temperature, room service takes forever and, the worst, the service at breakfast was unaceptable (the waiter forgot to bring us spoons we asked 3 times.

10. All in all, a nice hotel but if you want to hit the high standards of luxurious, I think all areas need to be perfect and I did not feel like that here.
