1. The only way to make this a better hotel would be for it to have an actual beach, which would inevitably place it in South Beach, ruining the superb location this place offers.

3. First of all I will not complain about the service because it was very good, however It is an expensive hotel (and the brand Mandarin kind of give you high expectations) so you would expect a better kept facility.

6. this hotel is not like other 5 star American hotel, there is no coffee machine,in the room the beds are not comfortable and too firm,I set the thermostat to 68 F to sleep better then thermostat automatically (after few hours ) changes to 72 F because has a motion detector which I had to wake up and reset the thermostat , the pool is very small and too busy I could not find a seat unless I go at 8 am to find a seat, I WILL NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IN THE FUTURE.
