4. Invariably, the bathroom will be awkwardly designed with kneecap bruising toilet positions and toilet paper and amenities which are impossible to open.

9. I have read other reviews from people who didn't enjoy the service, but our experience was completely positive - our couple of small problems were quickly and cheerfully fixed.
