The lobby can' t even be described, it is just so regal but also so comfortable and sort of draws you in and you find yourself sinking into one of the big comfy chairs looking at the gorgeous woodwork and marble, the stained glass ceilings, all the architectural details, appreciating the history, and sipping delicious signature drinks like the 'Blue Suede Shoes' martini.

8. Our standard room had pretty much no view but was very clean, the bathroom was nicely renovated, and most importantly, the beds were super-comfy (very important to my bad back).
