9. It's too bad I can't give it 5 stars (we had a few dead roaches in the conference center we were using and were met with an 'egh, it happens') but the staff were attentive, the rooms spacious and the location great.

10. The only negatives are; the walls need more sound proofing, the bathrooms are tight, the tub we had needed some more anti-slip put into the bottom, the air conditioning was noisy and the toilet cleaning needed more attention.
