6. We traveled to Memphis for a wedding and luckily the bride & groom chose the Peabody as the wedding party hotel-- it's old style gorgeous, lots of chintz and gold in the lobby but of course the main attraction is the DUCKS.

The lobby can' t even be described, it is just so regal but also so comfortable and sort of draws you in and you find yourself sinking into one of the big comfy chairs looking at the gorgeous woodwork and marble, the stained glass ceilings, all the architectural details, appreciating the history, and sipping delicious signature drinks like the 'Blue Suede Shoes' martini.
