Could be a cool hotel, price is reasonable
except
for $40 a night parking, food is not good, service was ok but I did not expect much, bed sheets are rough and pillows are uncomfortable.

Upon check in I asked for a renovated room and was promptly told by the desk clerk that no rooms were renovated because 'this is an historic building' (
except
for the flat screen TVs) and besides which he had selected a particularly nice room for me.

To save money on parking - $40 for valet - we parked in the Pershing Square underground lot for $14, and then entered through the traditional Lobby Court, which is much like Buckingham Palace's entrance must be,
