4. ) Such a shameOne exception to that rule would be the cleaning staff - very pleasant and efficient As for the rest of them especially check in and parking supervisers but also the concierge staff- terrible service and a dont care attitide.

5. Being downtown was not convenient for us, but I would consider staying here again because I care more about clean rooms and kind staff than being exactly where I need to be.

7. (Can you see where this is going?) Albert - the hotel manager who is supposed to, you know, actually care about the guests - took about 15 minutes to wander out of his office to do me the favor of speaking to him, and then had no idea what the issue was even though Miguel had briefed him on it.

8. After such an unpleasant start, the person at the front desk this time around really took care of us, giving us a room on the club floor, as well as free access to the club lounge, which included a free breakfast and free internet access in the lounge.

9. May sound strange, but even with the bathroom door shut, the straight shower curtain blows and provides you about 1 foot of space between the curtain and the shower wall, neither of which I cared to be in contact with.
