5. Historic decor of the various common spaces and pool is really endearing, but the aerobic area could use a fan to circulate the air better and to update the equipment - it works but looks decades old.

8. I would definitely recommend visiting the Biltmore as part of your trip to LA, but stay elsewhere - there is much better to be had for the cost of a room at this establishment.
