3. So lets start with the positives: Great grand lobby, easy to find from airport, cleanliness is 4 star, friendly staff, decent size rooms, good bar if not a little formal and expensive - You may even recognise the hotel from TV programmes such as 24 and entourage or A list star films.

4. If you have to threaten the hotel management with a tripadvisor review in order to get a semi-decent attitude out of them, I consider that a hotel I don't want to stay at ever again.
