2. The downsides? I was able to overlook the lack of convenient electrical outlets in the room, and a more comfortable sitting chair and side table would have been nice.

5. Being downtown was not convenient for us, but I would consider staying here again because I care more about clean rooms and kind staff than being exactly where I need to be.

7. LocationThe hotel is conveniently located in downtown LA - walking distance to music center and to subway stations taking you to Hollywood and universal studios.

8. As for the sketchy neighborhood, I also see why it was mentioned, however, we found it a very convenient location and not once did we feel unsafe.

9. - convenient location - a block from Pershing Station, many restaurants within walking distance- Large spacious business center with multiple PCs and printersCons:- Nickel & diming hasn't changed since my last visit - Internet was included in my corporate rate, otherwise it's $10/day.
