5. The newly renovated rooms are quite tasteful, brand new bed was super comfortable, and the AC worked easily and quickly.

6. - high taste/standard of food in the restaurant- Starbucks in the hotel on the 3rd floor, which is always good- All the staff are super friendly and very polite - from the reception, concierge to cleaning crew.

7. As for one review saying that hotel lacks character, you have to remember, that this big of a hotel chain has to be pleasing to a lot of different clients with all different tastes so it has to be non offensive and pleasant for just about everyone.

9. The courtyard adjoining the hotel grounds has lots little food shops where there's a good selection to suit most tastes.

10. I'm not all that hung up on it, I just kept driving back wondering what would be in my room for me to taste and kept getting disappointed (like I said, I'm kind of used to that, not too big a deal).
