2. I often don't care for big corporate hotels, but this place just did everything so impeccably well I just ended up loving it: the view, the plaza, the free morning coffee delivered to my door, the large designery bathroom.

5. It was very easy to walk a couple of blocks in the wrong direction and then feel uncomfortable in the grotty surroundings so take care when walking.

7. Door men deserve a special thank-you/notice - really went out of their way to make sure bags were taken care of, offered extra water bottles for us (very appreciative surprise) during check out, friendly, efficient.

8. In order to get free internet we did have to sign up for the hotel's points program, but it was taken care by the person who took our reservation and it worked very well.

9. For those that care, there is a large flat screen TV, very expensive movies ($16 I think), a cool mini-bar, a radio you can plug your IPod or IPhone into to listen to your own music and a huge closet.

10. Take good care of kids by providing them with kiddy bags filled with toys, and cookies at lobby (certain times) and in room with milk too.
