1. I was put up on the Presidential floors (16 and 17) which included a happy hour, some snacks, a breakfast, free usage of printer to print boarding cards, a free press of my clothes and som other perks.

2. As the noises from the hall were quite present as well, I was happy to have brought along some high-quality ear plugs (available at most airport and better than what you will receive on the plane.

7. Being in downtown LA before, I was actually hoping to get the Westin property since I`ve been there before and knew what to expect, was a bit disappointed at first when I got this one but after staying here I can easily say that Im happy that I did as this beats the westin in everyway.

8. When our room service attendant found out, he brought him a free mini-birthday cake to our room, and helped us sing happy birthday.

We had a very warm welcome at the reception desk and were offered a choice of rooms due to the fact that a summer concert was to perform that evening on California Plaza : If we would like a quiet night after our intercontinental flight they would be more than happy to relocate us to another room.
