1. Close access to a smart elevated plaza with nice restaurants, a handy convenience store to buy water at ($6 a small bottle in your room, ridiculous piece of gratuitous exploitation.

2. One last tip: Join Omni's Select Guest program before you arrive and get free water upon arrival, daily turndown service and clothes pressings - this was a big savings & convenience on my business trip.

6. The hotel provides a town car service for around downtown, which can be convenient especially since parking is insanely expensive and, like most of Los Angeles, you do need to drive to get anywhere.
