1. I was put up on the Presidential floors (16 and 17) which included a happy hour, some snacks, a breakfast, free usage of printer to print boarding cards, a free press of my clothes and som other perks.

2. A testament to not lounging in your bath but getting on, perhaps?Nice touches:the hotel provides a free town car to anywhere within a couple of miles on demand - a very welcome touch in a strange city.

3. We only had a problem with our card keys on one night which they were not opening our room and we did have to be very persistent to get help with this but, it was done and we were sent a voucher for free brunch and spa.

4. As we would stay in LA for our concert up the coast in Santa Barbara and had a free day in the mix as well, I had four nights at the Omni.

5. One last tip: Join Omni's Select Guest program before you arrive and get free water upon arrival, daily turndown service and clothes pressings - this was a big savings & convenience on my business trip.

6. I often don't care for big corporate hotels, but this place just did everything so impeccably well I just ended up loving it: the view, the plaza, the free morning coffee delivered to my door, the large designery bathroom.
