2. All in all a less than stellar stay, and i have stayed at this property 8 - 9 times, watching it loose its luster slowly and painfully - Charlie Palmer and the staff at the restaurant are honestly the only reason I stay at the hotel.

8. After my first drink we had to flag down a girl to ask for another as the pool area was not busy maybe 6 other people so ni reason for service to be that bad.

9. She told us that each morning the arriving reservations were reviewed by the staff and it was a part of their daily ritual to learn as much about the guest and their reason for coming to The Joule.
