4. The only drawback was that the room faced a dilapidated building next door and they were doing construction on that side to extend the hotel (no construction noise on the weekend, just a view of the construction and rundown building.

7. I agree with one reviewer that the outside club noise was a bit excessive, but that's the price for the great locale.

8. Although I sleep with ear plugs, be advised that the hotel is in the center of bustling downtown Dallas, which is fun, but my husband fell asleep to the club and street noise audible in the room.
