1. We were greeted with bottled water and cool towels and the gentleman did a great job to remember our names.

4. This was not an issue with any particular person, this was the attitude of every employee we met other than the pool bartender, who was cool enough, but not so friendly and accommodating that we stuck around.

5. Very nice hotel if need to stay downtown (very nice hotel downtown if cool with standard issue room).

6. The bathrooms, who ever designed them should be shot, I know the dim light looks cool, but it would be nice to be able to shave or put makeup on in the morning.
