3. The pool area is nice, but not knock-your-socks-off nice, and we were told that it closes at sunset, which is CRAZY in Dallas in the spring.

4. The pool was nice as was the fitness center but with tiny cramped rooms, lack of customer service (I tried calling the desk 3 times and never go through) and the loading dock at the front of the building, I wouldn't recommend it.

6. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of nice eating places, all types of stores and shops and entertainment establishments.

7. The lobby is very nice and smells wonderful and the bath products are BULGARI which are very nice products.

10. There is a very nice pool on the roofdeck that extends beyond the hotel wall over the street but it's not easy getting a seat if you dont get there early.
