1. I was upgraded to a deluxe loft suite so i cannot comment on the standard room but i suspect they would be excellent.

3. The service for the most part was excellent except when we asked for an extra shampoo and they said that they charge extra for that-I thought it was a joke but he was serious, they did end up sending 2 extra for no charge.
