1. Seriously, I loved the new soft mattress - but if you prefer firmer mattresses, check with the front desk as they might have rooms with those as well.

7. I had asked for a quiet room on a high floor, and although I did get a high floor my room was directly across from the elevator and my window overlooked the construction site where the hotel is apparently building a new wing.

9. Amenities in teh room were very modern, multiple light dimmers, BOSE ipod player with remote, digital thermostat (2) and great new flat screen TV.

10. I believe charging $15-$20 for a glass of wine that has been opened for over 24 hours (not gassed) and not offering to open you a new bottle is a rip off.
