1. The front desk was understaffed and my experience was less than professional.

2. The upsides are a location very close to the Duke Energy Center and Fountain Square, and a reasonable walk to the professional sports stadiums (both the Bengals and Reds).

Having said that, while i was there during one of the conventions in Cincinnati, and the hotel was absolutely sold out, running at 100% capacity, the room was clean, the laundry service was on time, the reception was friendly and professional, and while I called for my car valet service always 20 minutes ahead of time, the car was there every morning with not a second to wait - with friendly valet parking guys.
