The elevators are slow as molasses and so longer waits with conventions going on, they refuse to let you use a luggage cart unless you have a bellhop doing it for you, they only put three towels in the room (when four are staying), the walls are thin it seems, and the room was muggy and about impossible to cool down enough (and it's only April).
