3. The hotel staffs were genuinely polite and tried to be helpful, but staying at this hotel is like going to a restaurant with good service, except the food is not cooked or flavored in an appetizing way, leaving you unsatisfied and still hungry.

5. There's nothing wrong with this hotel if you get a good rate, but it is interchangeable with a lot of other hotels in downtown Cincinnati so strongly consider making your decision based on the rate.
