5. Things I enjoyed: bed, locationThings I did not enjoy: being made to wait for 4 hours past check-in time to get a room, general apathy from the employees and being made to feel like it was my fault they did not have enough rooms.

6. We stayed in a suite and I have the following observations: very spacious, must be original furniture as it is very worn, wood moldings all scuffed and very weathered, two TV's one in the large living area and one in the bedroom and surprisingly they were not flat screens and like the furniture appeared to be original, and the two bathrooms were actually more updated than the living areas.

7. like an earlier reviewer, I was on site for the 3-hour-or-so hot water outage on a Saturday morning (prime shower time).

8. TVs are the older cathode ray tubes that have locks on them, which always strikes me funny because this is supposed to be a nicer hotel, it's not like it is a Motel 6 or Econolodge.
"Stuck in the 80s " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/12/2012 Vote
