3. beyondt he comfy bed it looks like a very standard hotel,Great for romance on a budget, getaway, conferences, work etc, no frills, and don't pay more than 50-60 a night with tax, imo.

4. I wouldn't spend the 150 a night this hotel goes for, actually I think our room was 200 or so a night, but I would say it is worth what we did pay, based on the comfy beds alone.

5. I used e-concierge, a service hyatt has through their website, we had 2 bathrobes, slippers, coffeemaker and refrigerator, as well as, a deluxe king bed, which was ridiculously comfy.

6. Pros: comfy beds, extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location - close to all downtown attractions, champs bar is comfy and the prices reasonable.
