4. The positives: The location is excellent -- 2 minute walk to the Convention Center, adjacent to a light rail station and minutes walking to downtown Charlotte.

5. I would suggest you are totally definitely positively sure that you are going to be there when you booked your reservation, or you MUST know 24 hours before check in, as you cannot cancel your room after 24 hours prior to checking in, even if you are SICK and can't travel.
