3. We had a little problem with noisy neighbors, but one quick call down to the front desk and they had a security guard take care of it right away.

4. The bathroom was emmaculate (my biggest pet peeve) however while showers with opening glass doors look very nice, you have to be careful not to get water all over the floor.

5. Security and staff acted as though they could care less, never offered to move us to different room, charged me for phone calls to 800#'s to stop my credit cards.

7. Check in took less than a minute; the staff was very friendly and really took care to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
