1. The hotel did a fantastic job with the conference, providing good wifi (an issue at many hotels for conferences where almost EVERYONE is on their computers like we were), providing power reachable by every seat for charging computers and phones, and setting up fantastic snack buffets.

2. 2 , and when I called the front desk - after put me on hold for 20 minutes, Chris told me that it is probably clogged and he can send up someone if I would like to have the seat wipped.

3. I've been travelling the World since I was 16 (now I'm 39) and even here in Charlotte where I come at least twice a month for work, I stayed in many hotels, but I have never seen a filthy room like this.

4. We liked free internet access and while parking is convenient in the garage next door, it is expensive ($18/day).

5. We liked having access to the lounge at happy hour (free hor d'oeuvres and reasonable drink prices) and especially for the included breakfasts, which were fairly good.

7. We grabbed a quick bite the next morning at the Club breakfast area- plenty to choose from for drinks, coffees, cereals, and hot breakfast items- I really liked the baby quiches.

9. Expected Hilton in room standards but for the price in comparison to other family member hotels, i was hoping a real lobby, a bar atmosphere but entrance is more like residencial building.

10. We live about 20 minutes northwest of Charlotte and like to have a downtown weekend on occasion.
