6. with the reputation that Hilton is supposed to have, and the prices they charge, wouldn't one at least expect to see attention to detail common to the mid-level budget chains?? I almost would have expected to see towels shaped into little animals on the bed at a place as 'classy' as the Hilton is SUPPOSED to be.

7. The rooms were very cold and staff was very attentive to the need to turn the heat up (it was unseasonably cold during the trip, 12-6 through 12-8).
