1. In contrast, our stay at the Omni a couple week ago included professional staff, clean room, nice robes, a WSJ, complimentary water, and fresh coffee delivered to the room in the morning and a late check-out.

As for the room itself they are nice but they really need to replace the doors when someone on your floor closes there door whether leaving or entering it slams very loud and echos throughout the floor, very old style doors that needs to be replaced, I'm a light sleeper and it was very annoying hearing slamming all night.

10. The bathrooms are especially nice with large walk-in showers instead of tubs and a very modern and clean feeling.
