1. Everyone, from servers to desk staff to housekeeping to the operating engineer I encountered in the elevator, greeted us warmly with a smile, asked how our stay was going and if there was anything they could do to make it better.

7. Conclusion:There is better to be had for the price in downtown Charlotte, proximity to city amenities is probably the only reason you would book here.
