1. The bellman handed us the key and left rather than opening the door for us and making sure the new room was acceptable.

7. This new room gave us reserved access to the snacks and lounge for the 'exclusive guests' which was kind of nice and we were also credited for the nightmare experience with free nights but this was essentially our last Hilton.
