1. Even the free shoe shine was wonderful: you hang your shoes on the doorknob in a bag they provide before you go to bed and you wake up to find your shoes looking better than they have in years.

2. Prior to this trip, I've stayed at the Back Bay Hotel and the Lenox Hotel and dollar for dollar, those are much better options.

4. However there were a few things that frustrated us a little, all the room doors near us didn't shut easily meaning that everyone (including us) had to really slam it shut, the room service food we ordered was poor (this was not charged when we talked to the main desk - brilliant, however we would much prefer to have better food.

5. The bedroom featured a king size bed but you'd be better off sleeping on the floor as it would be more comfortable.
